These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MacroSight, including the website, dashboards, reports, and related services (the “Service”).
1. Description of the Service
MacroSight includes the website located at https://www.macrosight.app (the “Website”), the software, dashboards, research reports, newsletters, model outputs and related materials made available through the Website (collectively, the “Service”).
MacroSight is a subscription-based macroeconomic research and investment intelligence service. The Service analyses economic, financial and market information and publishes systematic research outputs, including assessments of the macroeconomic environment, model risk posture and model positioning across major asset classes.
MacroSight may also publish standardised hypothetical model portfolios, model asset-class weights and references to publicly available instruments used as research proxies for major asset classes. Such information is provided solely to explain the operation and outputs of the MacroSight research framework.
These outputs constitute standardised research and are not tailored to the individual financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance or investment needs of any particular user.
2. Service Operator
MacroSight is the trading name under which the Service is operated. References in these Terms to “MacroSight,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator of the MacroSight Service.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MacroSight, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MacroSight. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Nature of the Service
MacroSight provides systematic macroeconomic and financial-market research, model analytics and standardised model outputs for informational and educational purposes.
- MacroSight does not provide personalised or general recommendations to buy, sell, hold, rebalance, hedge, leverage or otherwise transact in any financial instrument or asset class.
- MacroSight does not provide brokerage, trade execution, custody or investment-management services.
- Model portfolios, asset-class weights and instrument examples are illustrative research outputs and are not personalised portfolio recommendations.
- MacroSight does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
- Historical, backtested or simulated results do not guarantee future results.
References to model positioning, asset-class weights, model exposure, model scaling, risk classifications, scenarios, thresholds or changes in any such outputs describe the state and behaviour of MacroSight's standardised research model. They are not trading signals, investment recommendations, portfolio instructions or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, rebalance, hedge, use leverage or otherwise transact in any financial instrument.
You remain responsible for evaluating the research and making your own investment decisions.

6. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorized or not. MacroSight is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, republish, resell or commercially exploit MacroSight research or model outputs without written authorization
- Use automated systems, bots, crawlers or scraping tools to systematically extract content or model data from the Service
- Attempt to derive, reconstruct or replicate MacroSight's proprietary methodology, model architecture, rules, thresholds, scoring systems or signal combinations
- Share subscription-only reports, dashboards, research exports or account access with unauthorized users
- Use MacroSight content to train, develop or benchmark a competing commercial product or model without our prior written consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Service Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system updates, or events beyond our control.
MacroSight is not liable for any downtime, loss of access, or data delays.
9. Payments, Subscriptions and Renewals
Certain features of MacroSight require a paid subscription. Prices, subscription periods and features applicable to each plan are displayed on the Website or during checkout.
Paid subscriptions are recurring unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that the applicable subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
Where a purchase is processed through [INSERT], our order process is conducted by our online reseller [INSERT.com]. [INSERT.com] is the Merchant of Record for orders processed through its service. [INSERT] processes the applicable transaction, including payment collection and applicable transaction taxes, and provides customer service relating to orders, payments and returns in accordance with its applicable terms and policies. Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable subscription fees, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Service for the purposes permitted by your subscription plan.
Individual subscriptions are licensed for use by the registered subscriber. Professional, team or enterprise usage is permitted only to the extent expressly included in the applicable plan or separately agreed with MacroSight in writing.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service and its underlying intellectual property include, without limitation, MacroSight research, reports, model outputs, software, dashboards, designs, databases, classifications, research structures, scoring systems, model architecture, methodologies and other proprietary materials.
Certain elements of the MacroSight methodology, including internal rules, thresholds, signal combinations, weighting methodologies, scoring systems and model construction logic, constitute proprietary and confidential intellectual property and are not licensed or disclosed through your subscription except to the extent expressly presented in the Service.
11. User Content
Any information you submit to MacroSight remains yours. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
MacroSight may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
13. Model, Research and Data Limitations
MacroSight research and model outputs depend on economic, financial and market data that may be obtained from public sources or third-party providers. Such information may be delayed, revised, incomplete or inaccurate.
Model classifications and positioning are outputs of a systematic research framework and are subject to assumptions, limitations and uncertainty. No model can reliably anticipate all market conditions or eliminate investment risk.
MacroSight may modify its research methodology, data sources, classifications, models or presentation of outputs from time to time as the Service develops.
Historical, backtested, simulated and hypothetical results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual subscriber performance unless expressly stated otherwise.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroSight disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your expectations
- Content is complete or error-free
- Results or outcomes will be achieved
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid for your access to the MacroSight Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MacroSight and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
